[Resolved]  Wns — Medical claim

I am an ex-employee of WNS Global Services. I worked from Nov 06 - April 09. I have not received my medical claim for maternity that was filed in March 09. I do not get a proper response from HR. They give me empty promises all the time. It has been more than 10 months now and I have still not received the reimbursement. HR only says that they do not know when I will get the money. As I was unable to serve my notice period, they asked me for the notice recovery pay and I was promised that once they receive it, they will pay my medical claim. I sent them the DD five months ago and I am still awaiting the cheque for my medical claim. They ignore phone calls and do not reply to my emails.

Please advice.
