Wockhardt Ltd — refund money

Hi Sir/Mam,

I was trying to recherché my mobile no. [protected] on dated 25.04.2009 at morning by internet (ICICI bank id).I got the successful transaction 799 INR code no. BIL/[protected]/0515 but instead of the same I didn't get any message for reliance side. I talked with reliance customer care, so many times but they didn't refund my money or talk time. They said I didn’t refund your money because of 799 INR offer was closed. So I want to know where is my money transferred. I am also talk with icicibank customer care he told your money transferred with relince. Payment id no. Is[protected]. plz refund my money
