I have purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Shoesshowroom, Trivandrum on June 2008 for Rs.2, 700.00. The model No. of the item is GC 0112105 Green. The buckle got damaged and went for the repair in the showroom were they promised alll the service in case of damage. But it was a bitter experience from them. Is this the way the company's after sale services? I'm sure about one thing that i will never get a positive response from the showroom so thought of complainting it in the site. So i kindly request you to send me the buckles. I'm expecting a immidiate response from you sir.
Paying almost 300% extra price we look forward to the company with quite a lot of expectations regarding customer service. Hope your forum will help innocent customers from treatments like this in future.

i had purchased the Same model GC:0112105 shoes in Dec 2008 in company outlet in Bangalore, in the month Aug 2009, one of the Buckle Got Damaged i gave to the Shop keeper, he told wil return in a week but they took 1 month to return, again in Dec 2009 had problem with the Same Buckle given to the same Shop keeper, this time he returned in 15 days, again yesterday (i.e. 6-mar-2010) the same Buckle broken, today (7-mar-2010) i given to the same shop keeper, when i was giving this shoe for repair, he was abusing me when i questioned about the product he was telling that he is working for the company not for me. "is this the way to behave with customer?" and also when i asked about delivery Date he said that he is also dont know the delivery date and he would give a call then i can collect.
please suggest me what i can do in this case?
