[Resolved] Woodland / Ladies Sandals — Repair
I had purchased one pare of sandals for my wife (Mrs. Rita Sisoudiya) from Woodland exclusive showroom (AERO CLUB, Shop No- 15, Ground Floor, Dev Arcade Mall, S. G. Road, Ahmedabad-380015 around 6 months back. One month back one strip of one of the sandals came out. We went to give that sandal for repair on 20th Oct,09. Since we were in a hurry we could not check all the details in the repair slip given to us. In fact Repair slip No. and date of delivery was not mentioned in the slip. We were told to enquire after 3-4 days. We enquired 2-3 times and finally went to the shop on 29th Oct-09 evening to take delivery of repaired sandal. Sandal was repaired in such a way as if it has been repaired by some road side shop. When I argued with the person who was sitting on the counter, he behaved in a very inappropriate way. He told his name as “PRATEEK”. Finally I refused to take the delivery and asked Prateek to either give me fresh piece or get it repaired properly. He told me that he will be sending it to Head Office (Delhi) for inspection and repair but was not in a position to give any specific date for delivery. Although he said that we can enquire after 15-20 days. Overall behavior of the staff and specially Prateek was highly objectionable and much below the standards of a person, who should represent at a High end Brand shop like WOODLAND. I am highly disappointed by my experience with WOODLAND.
