I had Purchased shoes in S.Avtar Singh and Sons,woodland Store,F18,Inner Circle,Connaught Place,New Delhi.Tel:[protected] S.No.9579 Article No. GC045910 TIN No.[protected] Brown 39 Footwear Dated: 18/10/09 Price:2695(Inclusive VAT) Sole and adjacent parts torn out and It was disappointing with Woodland to experience such condition after just 5 months from date of purchase and I repaire it through a nearby Woodland Shop ( Hajratganj,Lucknow).Now after a month it all teared in sole and other nearby area of the shoes and I want to get it replace as soon as possible.I hope you will understand the problem otherwise I have to look for other options like Consumer forum.Please reply and tell me regarding the solution of my problem. Sole and adjacent parts torn out and It was disappointing with Woodland to experience such condition . I never expect from a reputed brand like woodland shoes. I love your product. but above said model makes me very disappointing . I don't want any money back from you. I want to sent the product back to your depot. Please advise me to back loading address. Please look into your quality assurance. Please reply and tell me regarding the solution of my problem.
