Dear Sir,
One of my friends gifted me Woodland brand leather Belt. Unfortunately the size of the belt was small. Hence I visited the shop from where he purchased the belt and requested for the replacement (Higher size). He told me that the required size is not available? (Surprisingly) and also demanded for the original bill. I told him that the belt was gifted to me and while presenting the gift no one gives bill. The belt was intact, unused with the original barcode tag. Hence, I requested him to verify the barcode tag which was on the belt and conform whether the belt was purchased from his shop a day before or not. He refused to replace it and the belt is still with me without of my use. This was just a wastage of money (@ Rs. 850/-).
My friend purchased the belt from the woodland showroom which is at Wanawadi, Pune
Is there any solution for such services provided by the manufacturer?
