[Resolved] Woodland Shoes — Sole broken within a yera | |
To The Manager, Woodland. Dear Sir, I had very bad experience from my last purchase. I bought a pair of shoes from Woodland showroom at Andheri (W) Mumbai. After usage of this pair within 12 months time sole broken in two parts of bottom. After visiting the showroom, they didn't respond. Though they admitted that this is manufacturing fault till then no responsibility was taken and I am asked to pay, if you get the Sole pair in a month’s time. I used to appreciate WOODLAND brand a lot and after this experience, it could be difficult to come back to store again. I am expecting positive response at least for the manufacturing defects. I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes from chembur shop left leg shoe sole is broken right shoe up side piping is torn i visited the woodland shop from where i had purchased the shoe they told me its an manufacturing defect but after that ther was no any further responce from them and they said we cant do any thing 4 that u must complaint 2 the company plz guid me wat shod i do.
