[Resolved]  Woodland Shoes — refund of torn shoes

I had purchased a formal shoe from woodland on 12.02.2010 from lindsay street showroom,kolkata .The receipt no 7805.LST No.[protected],CST No.[protected],TIN No.[protected].THE ARTICLE No. GC 2674M BLACK 41 FOOTWEAR.The price i had paid was Rs.1350.00.Only within 3 months o[censored]sage the soul got torned.i went to the showroom and send my shoes for repairing.For two weeks they didnt respond and now they are offering me only 60% of the price.they are neither repairing my shoes nor returning it back to me. I want atleast 80% of the amount with my shoes in the same condition i had given.Its been a month and they are not responding to my mails also.
