Woodland Shoes — damage during one month

I have purchased a pair of shoes from woodland shoes franchaisee M/s Aero Club SB 116 B Mangal Marg Lal Kothi Jaipur on 20.04.2011 for Rs. 2020/- I returned the item to the supplier for replacement on 11.06.2011. After 10 days the supplier has intimated that the company has sanctined 70 % of ammount only.He also intimated that pay remaining 30% amount and can be obtain new pair of Shoes.
In this connection it is to informed that as per your gaurantee ( which is applicable for 90 days from the date of purchase) you are required to replace shoes without any charge. Therefore instruct your franchaisee M/s Aero Club SB 116 B Mangal Marg Lal Kothi Jaipur for replacement of shoes without any charge. Thanking You,
