WP-Online Sports SVCS London — stolen my money

wp online sport — theft

i applied to pay for one month to use online sports. this was over a year ago and i have not used it since. today i found out they have been taking the monthly fee from my accound and my bank says this is not a direct debit so i cannot cancel this payment. i cannot remember how i got to this site and i have no idea how i can stop them from taking my money.
