Credit Card billed for a service I did not use
I am a HSBC Credit Card holder from India. I received my statement dated June 12, 2009 and the statement period is Apr 2009 to May 2009. I saw a line item for GBP 40 from WP-Online Sports SVCS, London, which I did not use. I complained to HSBC and they changed my credit card number and issued a new one. I wrote many mails to WP-Online Sports SVCS London, requesting them to find out who has used their service or product using my credit card...
