I m writing this later to make u realize about the worst service of your policy department . one of your employer , mr. Deepakbhai had given a deposit cheque and the cheque no is 30509. this cheque was not accepted by the bank and thatswhy i used to contect at the customer Care and they asked about Health Form.Then a person came and have my signature on the health form who was sent by Mr. Dilip bhai. Though this process was done , the policy was not inform. I called again at the customer care and they told me that they did not get any health form .So again a person came from your office of ahmedabad and again had the health form. After that proccess i called on this number - [protected] and the receiver told me that your policy will inform in 2 days. But the policy did not inform and i called again at the customer care nearly 20 times or more. But i got no responce and no result. So on 15th-feb- 2012 i talked with Gyanvati Mam. She told me to talk with Abhijit Sir and he told me that he had got the Health form and the process is going on and when the process will complete the policy will inform. On the same day ( 15th feb -2012 ) i talked at the complain Department with Mr GAurangsingh at gudgau and he told me that nothing process will be done by us till we did not get the Health form. One month passed but nothing process was done and they again asked about the health form. this way they asked me to apply for the health form 4 times and i also did 2 e.mails but i did not get any responce. so I contect to MR Abhijit Sir and he contact to Mr Joy sir at the complain department and he told me firmly that it will done tomorrow . But it was not done and i talked with him more than 2 hours and then my policy was inform finally.The unit rate was around 27 on 27th december 2011 and the unit rate was around 30 on 27th february 2012 . Because of only the major mistake done by your companies, i had got the loss of rs 3 per unit. And the most important was the trobles and problems from which i suffer because of your mistake only.


Now can you please kindly tell me what process you had done in this problem and this matter????? As i know you did not have even the number of your office at ahmedabad till today (19th april 2012.) And also tell me how is your company doing the process???????? you have to pay the loss from which i suffer. And one more question which I want to ask if there is any responsable person in your company.Ialled at the customer care for the 30 times and there was no responce.there is no responsable person in your company??? And when i talked about it on 15th march 2012 , in reply they told me that your policy was inform now what you want and now what???? is it the sence of talking???? It only meant that you did not do any process till 3 months of complain and without saying sorry or without asking for forgiving or without promise to repay my loss you are behaving like you are doing a favor or oblication on us...... Is it your way???? I hope you will do proper steps and make my loss to be paid ..

I m requesting you to pay your most urgent and serious attention to this matter and see that the things change for the better.. And you will take some steps after reading this latter towards your company....
