We had paid Rs. 3,000/- to book an International Music Concert scheduled to be held at Noida on 14th Feb, 2013. The show subsequently got cancelled. But, money was never refunded. After much correspondence the company is maintaining that the money was refunded directly to my account, which is a blatant lie. They are refusing to provide any valid online (bank-recognised) tracking details in support of their claim that refund has been effected. On the contrary, they are insisting that this money has been refunded and that the case is now closed. They have stopped taking our phone calls and refuse to address the complaint. Is there any way we can bring them to book and publicise their cheating ways?
