If you use indiaflorist, please ensure that they have delivered what you have ordered. I used this site couple of times, initially for sweets and flowers. They delivered it on the correct date and I was satisfied with their service. Then I ordered a jewellery costed ~3000/- as per their site and what they delivered was another one costing 2000/- also posted in their site. I was lucky that I asked my relative about what she received and found out the discrepancy. I mailed and complained to the customer service with my order number and complete details but I didn’t receive any replies on whether I will get a re-delivery or not. It’s almost a week now and I have lost hope to get what I have ordered. I think they take the opportunity that very few people will re-check whether they have delivered exact gifts or not. This Online gift Site is not at all reliable

I ordered a Blackforest cake and few other Items and made payment
But after sometime they send a mail and say that the place is far off
so I was asked to make an extra payment, I did that as it was a urgent gift
Then at The end What Iget to know that they have changed the cake from Black forest to Pineapple.

I suggest please dont trust this site for sending any gifts
