Dear Sir,
I have ordered a birthday cake for my nephew on 13th Aug 2012 though www.nagpurflorist.com

However, today I got the mail regarding payment of extra charges of Rs 130 and the delayed delivery of the ordered.

It is to be noted that a payment id is generated after the payment is done, which you need to mail us so that we can proceed with the order.

It is mandatory to send payment ID through mail as then only we can proceed with the orders.



In this case the delivery will take place tomorrow i.e. 16/08/2012 if we receive the extra payment confirmation by 12PM IST.

Because I want my order to be delivered, I made the payment of extra charges however I feel they cheated me.
Can something be done against such fraud?
