I have ordered 2(quantity: two) "Transcend 4GB + Free 8GB Pen Drive" from IndiaPlaza.com, I have received 2(quantity: two) "Transcend 4GB + Free 8GB Pen Drive" but it was not that Transcend product which was (is) showing in your website product, its different Transcend product.
I have raised tickets, called customer care, but no use. They haven't respond to ticket yet.
How can you be sooo careless. No one will ordered anything if you provide such service.
I want my products, and no deal hereafter.

I dont know what they really expect from my side again and again... They also doesn't provide any other contact whom i can really query with... Thay say they have only one contact number (customer service number) and I dont get any other reply from them other than "Sorry for the inconvinence.. Will forward the query to the respective department"... Worst service and very worst responses...
