Saw this one more defect today. Had a word with Angad electronics, he gave me such an ridiculous arguement (which i was expecting, keeping in mind the indifferent behavior towards me from quite some time now). Didn't even touched the bag from that very delivery day, but checked thoroughly today.
Please take some stern actions.
If you are not taking, them i would be taking this issue in altogether a different dimension....

I have ordered online one bookset from indiaplaza.com on 11th July 2012. On the website they were showing the status shipped but I did not receive the product yet (even after 10 days). When I called them they were telling me that within 2 days I will receive it but 2 days became 4 days and 4 days became 6 days. When I called back to them they told me some internal problem is there and it will more time. I asked again when will...

I had purchased 2 (two) nos NOKIA mobile phones Nokia C2-06 & Nokia C5 from www.indiaplaza.com via purchased order no IN[protected] & IN [protected] on 05.12.2011 and make the payment via axis-bank (UTI Bank) online fund transfer facility. my account shows that the products are shipped & they provided me the consignment nos of first flight couriers which are wrong and not trackless. but it now almost 3 weeks passed and products...

I have ordered 2(quantity: two) "Transcend 4GB + Free 8GB Pen Drive" from IndiaPlaza.com, I have received 2(quantity: two) "Transcend 4GB + Free 8GB Pen Drive" but it was not that Transcend product which was (is) showing in your website product, its different Transcend product.
I have raised tickets, called customer care, but no use. They haven't respond to ticket yet.

The company www.indiaplaza.com, which does online commerce is fake and fraud. They charge the credit card without being authenticated online by the banks website, there is no shipment, the customer Support and Service[protected] gives no response.
