Www. Indiaplaza.com — The unresponsiveness of the indiaplaza.com

I had ordered few stationary items on www.indiaplaza.com with the Invoive No.Order No. : I[protected] but I received wrong products inside the package. I had received my products on 7th june 2012 and i immediately filed a complaint Ticket available on their website. Till now,

1) I haven't received a SINGLE CALL, SMS OR E-MAIL form their side with an answer or a solution to my issue,

2) I've reported 3 tickets addressing the same issue, with no reply from their side
[TicketNo:-PH[protected] 18-Jun-2012 3:31 PM, CNT[protected] 13-Jun-2012 11:17 PM, and CNT[protected] 07-Jun-2012 4:53 PM]

3) When I called their customer support line the 5th time, they said that they had stock issues that's why they sent me wrong products, though, it was not mentioned on their website as "out of stock" or anything,

4) They changed my products before delivering without asking me via a phone call, sms or e-mail,

5) Every time I call their customer support personally, they say that they would contact my back within 24- 48 hours, but I 've called them 5 times and not once I have received a call form their side either between time 24- 48 hours or even after that.

And, I am writing this complain after waiting for a response(call) from www.indiaplaza.com for more than 72 hours after my 5th phone call.
