Www. Indiaplaza.com — they gave me a torn / defected box, and when i have filed for claim, they start blaming me instead

Saw this one more defect today. Had a word with Angad electronics, he gave me such an ridiculous arguement (which i was expecting, keeping in mind the indifferent behavior towards me from quite some time now). Didn't even touched the bag from that very delivery day, but checked thoroughly today.
Please take some stern actions.
If you are not taking, them i would be taking this issue in altogether a different dimension. I don't have anything to lose here, please ri-iterate on this thought.

With your distributors remark, things are taking an ugly turn now.

More about seal: it is not completely tempered. There are 2 different stickers, one with the msg "please contact the dealer if seal is broken" and second one(on top of grey one). This second one is under suspicious vision as it is a hologram where only Genuine/original is written and nowhere you can see canon written on it (such tapes/stickers are readily available in markets)

Kindly let me know if i should go ahead and check the contents in the box. And about the bag; i will not except a damaged bag. Pls do the needful.
