I Beg to say that i have booked gas cylinder refill on 12/04/2010 on web and 14/04/10 on phone. But still i have not received gas cylinder. This gas agency does not deliver the cylinder on time for many time.

Please look in to this matter. It is very very urgent.

please shaheed subhash gas service, shahdara, delhi ke phone hamesha kharab rahte hai ya vo sunte hi nahi hai. please unke phone thik ya challu karaye jaye taki customers ko pareshani no ho.

On booking for a refil order at tel no. 1260, it gives an error that the consumer number is incorrect, pls check from the slip. while the consumer no. is ok, tell me what to do. my cust no. is V30232 with vikram enterprises in kidwai nagar.

It is stated that I am the customer with Gemini Gas Agency, Najafgarh, Customer no 2647. Registration is in the name of Shree Dhan Singh. Gas has been booked several time since 20 May 2010 but no cylinder has been supplied so far.

Seeking for early redressal of grievances and speedy supply for the cylinder.

I have been trying to book Gas cylinder ( cusm. No. - 27714 ) from Gemini gas service of IOC, Near Surya Kiran Hospital, Najafgarh( Agency No.[protected] .
I also tried booking from SMS but could not succeed
Pl. do the needful & book at the earliest

I am faceing problem in every month when i book my gas then, they show Busy noumber in all working days. Mon-Sat-10:00am to5:00pm.The noumber is[protected], .and 22173311.You can try any time, 9-6 you find always BUSY.But after 6 ;oclok the phone ring start rining.

This is to inform you that( jagdish kumar) tried a lot on Telephone to book our cylinder but usually no body picks the phone and one day they picked the phone and I booked our cylinder. They said, they will send the cylinder within two days but nobody has come. Now, when we again called them, they said you haven't booked any cylinder. From 15 Days we are looking for you people. We urgently need the cylinder, please Do something and find its solution as soon as possible.

[protected] or 25052152 and 25056668 hai.abi aap check kr sakte ho. agar main inke office pr jakar booking karta hu to yah vah pr b ph se baat kare main busy hote hai, vo office k kaam chodkr apne ghar k baare main baat karte rahte hai. agar kuch bole to v booking na kane ki dhamki dete hai, plz sir mere is prasani ko hal kro main gas cylinder ki booking se bada prasaan hu. aur black main lene ki himmat mere nhi hai yaha pr black main 24 hour cylinder milte hai,

This is to atate that your customer with Goodwill gas services having customer no.GT3652 i have goodwills tele phone no. as printed on their memo.When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same.after booking they dont deliver.i think its a common problem will almost costomers so we have to face lot of problemes from their sides.Sir i m requesting to you please take the steps in dhis ragards immidiatly.

I am holding customer No.17148 of Indane Gas under the distributer "KAY AAR ENTERPRISES" situated at 8771, Shidi Pura, New Delhi-110005. I have never felt comfortable to book my gas since the beginning. Now, I have been trying to book my gas through telephone numbers mentioned on the previous cash memo but these numbers found engaged every time and I had tried to book the same through SMS also but inspite of every efforts it was failed. You are requested to take the necessary action against the agency and book my gas too.

This is to state that your customer with Verma Gas Agency having cust M22436 This is to inform you that I(Ram Abhilakh Yadav) tried a lot on Telephone to book our cylinder but usually no body picks the phone so I had booeed the cylinder on "1260" on the call on 14th of Jan hvent got cylinder yet so will call on 29th of January They said, your booking is on 25th on not14th but I had booked on 14th Jan booking No. 25. I request the cylinder they will send the cylinder within five days but nobody has come. Now, when we again called them, we try today at call them but all phone ling is busy Verma Gas Agency Phone no is every time is showing busy. or no body pickup the phone I have use the booking cylinder only "1260"
and also Verma Gas Agency Service for alvase underweight gas cylinder
they said you haven't booked any cylinder.
We urgently need the cylinder, please Do something and find its solution as soon as possible.
