I had recharged my sun direct account [protected], with a total topup of Rs. 595 and got a balance of Rs. 533.15. The deducted amount comes out to be Rs. 62 i.e 10% of the total top up. Can somebody help me understand on what basis such huge deductions are made in recharge.
I feel like being ripped off by Sun Direct.
I had made the total payment in two installments of Rs155 + Rs. 440 . The Transaction ID for the second payment is [protected].
