Www. Koovs.com (Koovs Marketing Pvt Ltd) — Faulty product and product not delivered

I purchased a Philips toaster from www.koovs.com they sent me faulty product and when i tried to contact then they are not replying for that their customer care number is always busy i sent them 3 times email on their mail id's but no response from their side i m fade up with their services order details are given below.
