Dear Sir, I Amit Gupta who have ordered an Online product from Koovs website, non stick Pan, Pigeon company whose Order no is:KV[protected] As the order placed is about more than a two month and till date there is no delivery of the product. Every time i speak to your customer support staff they assure that the product is on the way for delivery, but due to many call attempts the product never reached. I had really a bad experience about this koovs online shopping experience I also attached the PDF invoice copy of the product along with this mail, but no response Fraud company...:( Was this information helpful? | |||

Same case with me, I placed order for Philips head phones on 4th June 2011. But still waiting for the headphones. and i tried to call on given number. but never receives the phone calls.
