Sir, I M.Gnanaraju, resident of BHEL, has been married to Dr.Sandhya sundeepa D/o N.J.Diwaker and Madhurakshi of APHB, MIG-196, ECIL, Moula-ali, Hyderabad, on 29 Dec 2003, She left my house on july 2005, saying that she wants rest, as we came to know that she has got conceived on 14 jan 2005, we just agreed as there could be any medical complications to her, but we don’t know that there was a master plan behind this, as she was in her parents house I used to visit her to know about her condition, but they started quarrelling with me, and avoided me to meet her, in this process she got the PG seat, She called me over to meet, and convinced me to stay near to the college so that she can give time to her baby as well in studies, I agreed thinking of our future, thinking of her interest and of our better future, I agreed for that, but I never realized that my future is heading towards dark, slowly their parents and relatives visits increased and started creating problems, on one fine day 01st dec 2006 they kicked me out of the house, when they recovered all the house hold items which they provided at the time of marriage, my so called wife also never turned up to see me when I was hospitalized for detecting stones in my kidneys, nor her parents or her relatives, their wicked plans started working on me, as I was very less qualified than her, they for their so called prestige they printed my qualification as B.Tech beside my name in marriage invitation cards at the time of our marriage, this shows wat type of a Fraud people they are, which has been circulated to their relatives, We have to agree wat the truth is, any parents try to hide their childrens mistakes but they should never encourage to do more mistakes as her parents did, I was mentally tortured, humiliated, insulted and also man-handled by her brother Ronald and his brother-in-law when I tried to visit her at her parents house, And I also been warned by her parents stating that they have the back support of naxals and warned me to stay away from them or else they will kill me, if I die any un-natural death then the whole family members of my wife and my in-laws are responsible for my death, even if I die in any road accident also, coz they are planning for that also, there are many incidents which hurts me a lot, actually my wife and her parents plan is to get rid of me, and get married to another person, even my liking towards my wife never changed, but now I got frustrated with her behaviour, And since 2yrs I don’t know the where abouts of my wife, she is staying in an unknown area, when I tried to reach over phone she is not willing to answer where she is staying and with whom, plz tell me whether this can be tolerated with any person who loves his wife, she never allowed me to see my son, im really fedup of their behaviour, and request the law to punish them, and I request law to make justice for me. I request to enquire about their background before giving the judgement. for everything her mother is the main culprit, she is threatening me by telling that she will lodge a 498 case against me, sir if i found guilty in any matter im ready to be punished, plz help me, i dont have any financial background or any political background, they having good background, so i cannot approach anywhere, can i get justice by going to police station? how can i complain to Human rights commission, and where else can i complain, and how can i get justice.
