[Resolved] www.MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not received | |||
I booked ticket through makemytrip. com on 05th March 2010 from Mumbai Central to Indore. My makemytrip booking ID was RAL [protected].The mode of payment was E-payment through ICICI Bank Ltd. Due to some technical problem the transaction got failed and the ticket was not booked, but the amount Rs:2369/- was debited from my account. I lodged complaint with makemytrip but till date my amount has not been credited to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
