Respected Sir / Madam, FOLLOWING are details of product I purchased online from www.NAAPTOL.com. Even though I did not receive any product item I ordered for, I received a sms on 19/04/2012 that my order is delivered.I checked the Aramex courier's site and the final destination is shown as Beyond Delivery Area, so the product never reached AHMEDABAD. I immediately booked my complaint with Naaptol ( COMPLAINT NO:[protected] for refund. They assured me that I would get refund after 15 days. After 15 days again I inquired about the status of my complaint, the representative at Naaptol said it will take another 15 days. I again called NAAPTOL on 12/05/2012 about my refund, now the representative said it takes 21 days for refund. It is 06/06/2012 still neither I have received my refund nor any product from NAAPTOL. It is getting quite frustrating. Indian companies never believe in serving their customers. Please help me.
