[Resolved]  www.Paypal.com - Charged Me Without Any Cause — Paypal Charged $17.22 (about 800 Indian Rupees).

THIS ISSUE WAS FOR ALL INDIAN PAYPAL USERS. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I am a freelancer. I am using PayPal account for more than a year. Recently they reversed my one of the transaction. This transaction was a payment received for the service that I offered.

I received a payment from my client for the work I did, and then I place a order to withdraw the amount to my personal bank account. But PayPal reversed my payment from my client and as my transaction reversed, I lost USD 17.22.

After all of these, I got a mail from PayPal saying that they are reversing all personal payments to or from Indian Customers. But they haven't notified any of their Indian customers.

I tried to contact PayPal why they are reversing all personal payments, but are not saying the reason, but they are saying that they are reversing each and every personal payments of Indians.

If they are reversing, they have to notify all their customers about that activity. But none of Indians received any notification from them.

You know $17.22 means 800 INR, is not at all a money to loose. So please take proper action on PayPal.
