Upon an emergency I happened to re-charge from the site "paytm.Com" videocon d2h through sbi debit/atm card on 15.05.2012
For the whole recharge amount of Rs. 1070.
The amount got debited into my sbi bank account with the reference order no of transaction as "37817653"
I didn't get the recharge. When I tried to get in touch with the contact no. Ther's no number for customer care as such.
why there are no responses from the mail ID [protected]@paytm.Com .
I request the authorities to take this forward and compensate my loss so that in mere future these mis haps wont occur and people like me wont get cheated up.
