distance 2715 km quota general (gn)this ticket was cancelled due to in waiting list,and another one I cancelled pnr [protected] transaction ID [protected]
train no. 12864 train name ypr howrah exp
class sleeper (sl) date of boarding 19 oct 2011 at 19:35
from yesvantpur jn (ypr) to howrah jn (hwh)
boarding yesvantpur jn (ypr) reservation upto howrah jn (hwh)
departure 19 oct 2011 at 19:35 arrival 21 oct 2011 at 06:10
distance 1963 km quota general (gn).But still now I didn't get the refund.Please look after this matter as early as possible.My contact no is [protected]

Yatra.com — unconfirmed booking and waiting for refund

Hi,

I am also in the same boat as other complainant for yatra.com, after confirming the amount for the international ticket after the discount on email i was told to go to Mumbai lounge at Santacruz to pay by debit card and i did so, my amount was immediately debited but late in the evening i was given a call and said that the discount amount given to you was a miscommunication and you will have to pay additional Rs 1450 to get the ticket otherwise we will process for the refund which will take around 4-5 days after stressing she told i will try to get it in 3 days, now 2 days has passed just waiting for tomorrow. but after reading about so many complaint against yatra.com on your website i am concern that i also doesn't have to keeping waiting for the refund.
I think they are using the our funds for their own purpose otherwise like accepting the payment they should immediate refund the payment.
Yes we should let our friends know about such fraud and stop them from booking at yatra.com.
