[Resolved] www.ezrecharge.in / Prepaid mobile recharge — Amount not received | |||
I tried to recharge from this website (www.ezrecharge.in) with following details: ezTrack ID: EAZ43664 Mobile Number: [protected] Recharge Amount: 104 Service Provider: Airtel The transaction went successfully however i did not get the balance in my mobile a/c, when i checked the recharge history,"it shows No Records Found"...Inspite of the fact, i again went ahead and try to recharge the same no with the same amount, again same thing happened, the money was debited from my Credit Card, but i did not get the balance yet, there is no contact number for customer service department, How can i contact them?? Unfortunately i being stupid as it was an emergency i tried to recharge again on my another number details below : Mobile Number: [protected] Recharge Amount: 104 Service Provider: IDEA Same thing happened...Rs 312 in total was debited from my credit card and i did not get the balance.i made online recharge because i wanted this instantly in emergency. i did not get my purpose solved :( Either give me balance in my respective mobile a/c's otherwise i ant my money back. I have recharged my mobile no.[protected] for Rs.444/- & Rs.333/- through ICICI Bank account no.[protected]. The following is the proof of my account debit. I got my mobile recharged for Rs.333/- only.

I Have recharged my mobile no[protected]BSNL Andhra Pradesh) with 100/- through ICICI Bank on line. Payment ID is [protected]. dtd[protected]. As of now id 26.11.2009, 3.00pm I did not receive the recharge amount. Please chech and do the needful immediatly. Your immediate reply appreciated
