With WYN Cabs I have experienced the worst cab service experience. I booked a cab (Booking Id - A[protected] for New Delhi Rly Station at 3:15pm pickup time for my parents.Received 2 confirmations(sms) on the cab details. But on calling at 3:15pm , the 1st one replied that the booking has been passed to some other cab and on calling the 2nd replied that he had no information abt the pickup and he is quite far and after that he switched off his phone. Then I called the customer care, who assured initially assured the cab will be there in some time. On 2nd call to customer complaint, they said they will contact me in 5 mins....Waiting ....no call ....3rd call to customer care at 3:50pm ....reply "cab broke down"(a BIG LIE) as I had already talked to driver and he told that he had no information.
And now they cannot provide another cab.
