Have requested for a cab today from Delhi to Gurgaon to report at 7.30am. Around 7.20am I called up the call centre to get the details. They gave me over phone. At around 7.30am I called up driver and he said he is stuck up near Nizamuddin Railway Station and asked me to call the call centre. I called the call centre and they said the same thing and said that another car will take an hour to reach. I kept the phone down. Tried many cab hire...

Taxi did not turn up

We booked a wyn cab (delhi) for pick up 0330 on 21/8/14 from kamla nagar to t1.ref no a-21316.first ur office told there is no booking.then at 0315 gave driver mob no.the driver told hell take half hr to come...we had to call our relatives at 0330 for drop off.then at 0340 the driver is lying to me that he is waiting for me...hello that time i was waiting for my relatives at my steps...liars and cheaters...how do u think from now we shd trust...

PATHETIC SERVICE by WYN Cabs

With WYN Cabs I have experienced the worst cab service experience. I booked a cab (Booking Id - A[protected] for New Delhi Rly Station at 3:15pm pickup time for my parents.Received 2 confirmations(sms) on the cab details. But on calling at 3:15pm , the 1st one replied that the booking has been passed to some other cab and on calling the 2nd replied that he had no information abt the pickup and he is quite far and after that he switched off...

CAB DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE

I sent my brother through Wyn Cab today from Alaknananda to Kashmere Gate.Instead of their standard practice of sending an Accent car, they sent an Indigo which was in a horrific condition.It was stopping every 5 minutes. Cancellation after the pickup time:

Booked Wyn Cab on 26 March (since i have to go railway station one day before Holi festival)...

I Booked at 12.01 pm on 26th March & I have to leave for Railway station on 7.00 pm from south delhi... Cheaters - overcharge

Wyn cabs charges Rs.30 as convinence charge even if you book thru web, they charge Rs.50 for toll charges even if the actual charges are 35rs.

They are cheater and the drivers are rude as they claim that they pay the company 60,000 per month and the company can't do a to them

wyn cabs sucks

The cabs are generally late, AC not working half of the times, driver duped me on my first trip by charging Rs 20/km instead of 15/km which has not been refunded to me despite several complaints, drivers always want to take a stop at gas stations even when some female is travelling alone. All in all this cab does not deserve a price of more than Rs 5/km....

Wyn Cabs is worst Cab service in Delhi NCR, I booked there Cab from Noida to New Delhi Railway Station for my Parents , Driver Came 20 Min Late , followed the longer route despite i already suggested the route to him , finally asking them to pay 20 Rs KM where as they charge 15 Km and worst part is he was not knowing the way to Railway station (what worst you can expect from a Driver of any city) due to which my parent missed there train,...

Fraud and overcharging perpetrated by the company

This company has been claiming to charge a lower fare than other radio cabs, at Rs15/km. However, all its cab meters fradulently run at the higher rate of Rs20/km, which is reflected in the metered fare amount and in the printed receipts.
I have used them four times in the past few months, and now realise that I have ALWAYS been overcharged at the higher rate.
