Have requested for a cab today from Delhi to Gurgaon to report at 7.30am. Around 7.20am I called up the call centre to get the details. They gave me over phone. At around 7.30am I called up driver and he said he is stuck up near Nizamuddin Railway Station and asked me to call the call centre. I called the call centre and they said the same thing and said that another car will take an hour to reach. I kept the phone down. Tried many cab hire agencies and all of them refused as they didn't send cab in such a short notice. I had to hire a cab from a local guy who charged INR 500 extra.
