[Resolved]  Xolo — manufacturing defect

Dear Sir, Firstly I want to tell you that within 7 hrs of my purchase of this handset I had locked the complaint in xolo care regarding the damaged set and demand them to exchange it under the policy of exchanging Within 3 days of the purchase (manufacturing defect) but they didn’t responded I had called thousands of times to xolo care regarding this issue but still received answer that we can’t do anything more than registering your complaint and given the false promises that you will be called soon regarding this issue and it will be resolved But I haven’t received any single call , whenever I call to service center I had to explain them whole story as they haven’t issued even any complaint number and In return I got this useless promises This wasted my much precious time, when I had tried to communicate to shopkeeper he replies that this is not in his hand and told that within week here in Gorakhpur service center will open soon and there you may return it. I had mailed many times to xolo care but there also I not got any response they even not bothered to reply after two weeks service center is opened there I came to know that it is just a collecting point I asked for help on this issue he also replies he cant to anything then I asked from him the numbers of higher authorities they said you are late and you have no choice other than repair Then many times I asked for pick up my phone to xolo care but nobody came then I finally got the news that this service is stopped in your city and you have to give it at collecting point I had gone many times service center but most of the times it is closed. When again I contacted to xolo care I said that trust my company it hardly takes 7 working days or maximum 10 days. By trusting this promise I had gone to collecting point this time I found it open and there I had submitted the handset on 12/8/13 but till today I got no news of this handset Sir, this is the story of this fraud company how it has cheated me giving no replies of my mail and mobiles and selling this kind of defected sets and not giving proper services Sir I am preparing for it and bought this set for my E-classes but they had made all useless my money, time and education this company has wasted my time as you know that person in studies hardly have no time to waste so please now I not wont to take this or any other mobile of this company I want my money back as I also have strong believe that they might misusing my set I not want to take the handset of such fraud company Problems in the handset are:- 1- only 503mb is available for downloading app which must be 2 GB and internal memory for images , videos etc. is 2 GB( as sir I had purchased this phone by the promise of the company to provide the 2 GB space if not then this set is useless for me) 2- the phone is heating very much from back especially from the point on camera the heating is that much that at its full heating it will heart on touch 3-standby of the set on 2g network is only 0.5hrs 4-set is not receiving 3g signals and giving low speed of Internet 5-applications are automatically stopped by giving message (unfortunately stopped) and this is frequently 6- most of the time the touch is not working at several points for some time 7-auto switch off 8-excessive hanged(even for 5min) 9-frequently showing message please remove your battery it is over heated 10-from three days after full charging the phone and then turning on it shows that battery is 10% remaining and after one min phone get switched off because of low battery making it is impossible to do any work 11-wifi hotspot ,wifi direct and usb theatring is not working 12-some times phone get reboot automatically and red android appears with exclamation mark 13-at bottom right touch in not working 14- same times fully white windows appear 15-call is not clear and touch is not working sometimes for picking the calls 16-after uninstalling all the extra apps and rebooting also it shows you are out of ram 17- sometimes whole screen of the phone started moving left side while working making it necessary to stop other works and switch off it 18-camera often gives blurred images 19-none of the sensors are working correctly sometimes 20- auto formatted sd card which leads the loss of many important files etc 21-loose charging point 22- *,0,# 23- back or delete button not working in narmal keybord 24-charger is not working all the above problems are examind by the engineer at the collecting point butid on 31/03/13 So please look in to this matter and do the needful Thanking you Yours faithfully Shubham agrawal [protected]

Sir, My Handset Xolo One Purchased on 13 jan 2015 has a manufacturing defect. Its camera is not working properly(its display gets sometimes black or white lines)..but by pressing by thumb just below the Back Camera it is working properly. I submit this phone 2 times at your Service Center, Civil lines, Allahabad, Submit Notification No.[protected] dated 13/02/2015..he is just screwing some screws and return it..same day..but it again gets on its same condition...kindly replace it urgently beacuse its only one month old..and how i can i recommend someone to buy a xolo product..MY Contact Number [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com
