[Resolved] Xolo — Poor customer service - xolo | |||
Hi, I bought xolo X900 mobile on dec 2012 at univercell chennai. Mobile stated to get switched off automatically. I was asked by univercell mobiles, to contact xolo customer care directly. So as advised by xolo customer care, i gave the handset for servicing at xolo collection point ( gems court, chennai) on 11/06/2013. They assured me that the mobile will be returned in a week. After a week when i enquired about my mobile they said still under service and will be returned in 48 hours. Everytime i called xolo care i get the same reply of the mobile being returned in 48 hours. It is more than a month now. Still i havent got the mobile. Even today they gave same reply.
