[Resolved] Xolo — Unable to dispatch my cellphone....given for repairing | |||
Hi, I bought a XOLO A1000 mobile from chroma in the month of April 2013. It got some display issue so gave it for repairing to RAJ Mobile Shopee, Vashi on 6th July 2013, which is a pickup centre. As per their conversation, I was suppose to get an update withing 5 working days. So I called them on 6th working day. As per customer care statement there was no update of mobile appearing on their tool, He insisted me to wait for another 48hours. The same happened when I called them after 72hours, the same answer was given to me to wait for another 48hours. On the next day when I called them, again there was no update and hence I insisted them to return my cellphone even without repair, So they didnot do so...again calling after 48 hours, they said we cannot return you cellphone unless it is repaired. This had made me loose my temper, coz they still donot have any update appearing on the tool. This is effected my business to a subsequent loss. By 6th August 2013, it would be complete one month. In case the handset is not found Under the Warranty Terms and Conditions, the customer shall have no rights to claim any warranty or any other claim of any nature whatsoever. The warranty does not apply in the event any of the following conditions: 1.The product has been subjected to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair (including but not limited to use o[censored]nauthorized spare parts in repairs), abuse, accidents, Acts of God, spills of food or liquids, improper installation. 2.Lava has not being notified of the defect in the product during the applicable warranty period. 3.The product serial no. code has been removed, defaced or altered. 4.The product has been used with or connected to an accessory (i) Not supplied by Lava or its affiliates, (ii) Not fit for use with the product or (iii) Used otherwise than in manner intended. 5.The seals of the product’s battery enclosure have been broken or shown evidence of tempering or the product’s battery has been used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified usable by LAVA. 6.All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use. ............................................................. I didnt get my cellphone back...but they refunded the amount...by creating a credit note to Chroma...And i bought some other phone...from chroma

I submitted my cell for repairing on 31st march, and they call me again and again for signature, and i goes to there 3 time after all that they do my signature itseft.91%
