xxxx — accident by company damo car

Today one of the company damo car has heavely damaged my car and there was no permanent or temporary number plate on the damo car after accident happened all the officials and customer who was taking a test drive all are ran away from the place.When we had consulted the company offiocials for this issue they said they are not responsible for any kind of damage or accident because customer was driving the car and if you want any componsation of argue you can contact the customer direcly.Now from where should i get the repairing expenditure.

Dear Sir,

I was told by the company while interview that I'll be appointed as regular employee, I was also given Letter of Intent. But on the day of joining in February, 2008 my employer told me that now they have decided to put me on contract basis and after some time they will take me into company. As I was in need of a job I accepted their offer. But it is almost two years now and till date they haven't taken me in comapny as regular employee neither given me copy of my signed contract papers.My contractor is also not giving me the same and told me that he will not give. Can I go legally against them for justice???
