I BOOKED A COOKING GAS CYLINDER DATED[protected] THROUGH MY CONNECTION NO. 11340
& THE CONFIRMATION NO. I RECEIVED WAS 22707. I AM TOLD THE GAS CYLINDER WILL BE
DELIVERED BY[protected]. FROM 27 TH DEC. ONWARDS I AM CALLING DAILY TO THEIR OFFICE & INRETURN THEY ARE ONLY ASSURING THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERD TODAY. THE SAME IS BEING REPEATED SINCE LAST 12 DAYS. THEY ARE KEEPING THE BUSY MOST OF THE TIME. IF RING GOES THEY DON'T PICK UP CAUSING LOT OF TIME IS WASTED & PAY FOR THE PHONE THAT BEING PICKED UP & NOT ANSWERING CALLS.

I BOOKED A COOKING GAS CYLINDER DATED[protected] THROUGH MY CONNECTION NO. 34107.& THE CONFIRMATION NO. I RECEIVED WAS 36171 .
They inform me to DELIVER BY 4-1-2009 .i asked again on 6 Jan09, they again assured to deliver by today.
But still i am waiting for same

YADU GAS AGENCY — 1. Delay in supply 2. They do not pick-up the telephone/ telephone is engage (reason they hang the phone on receiver)

1. keep on trying for booking of gas cylinder over telephone - either telephone will keep ringing, no body will attend it or it will be continously engaged. Reason - telephone is either not kept properly on the receiver or ring volume is kept in mute mode.
Donot belive me - just try and see.

2. Abnormal delay in delivery

3. Weight is not OK.

YADU GAS AGENCY — Delay in getting cylinder and when getting it, getting it of Bharat Gas

I have booked my cylinder 15 days back and got the cylinder in 15 days after and when I got the cylinder, it was of Bharat Gas. When I called the yadu gas agency, there was nobody to pick the phone and after so many efforts if somebody picks the phone, he says that we will call you but I am not getting no response until now. I do not understand what is my fault. If I use the bharat gas cylinder, they will not take it at next booking. Plz look to this complaint. I have a very bad experience with yadu gas agency. When one month back, I have a leakage in the cylinder, they have taken 1 month to see to it.

YADU GAS AGENCY — Non delivery of cooking gas & missbehaviour

I had booked gas with Yadu Gas Service on 28.01.2011 over phone but has not received the gas till date. ON enquiry over phone the attendant of phone call is not able to provide me why the gas is not delivered, then Mr. Chauhan who attended the call is very rude, impolite and is talking like "do whatever you like".
Please look into the matter at the earliest and take proper action against the culprit mr. Chouhan.

YADU GAS AGENCY — not responding.......

sir,
we applied for the gas connection 4 weeks ago.....they sent us a letter for the verification when we went to yadu gas agency they old us that within one week they sent their one worker in our home for the verification
but 2 weeks were gone no one came.....i just want to know what's going on.....is it the way to treat customers.......or they r just making fool o[censored]s.............please take some action against them.........

YADU GAS AGENCY — FAILURE OF COMMITMENT

We are the consumer of Indian Oil Company, and booked our gas with Yadu Gas agency. Our consumer no is 54833 as we had booked the gas cylinder of on date 10/03/2011, since today we have not received the delivery of Gas Cylinder,
On today I personally called the distributor in the noon the executive confirmed the delivery of the Gas by evening positively, but with great regret to say the Distributor failed in the commitment and we have no gas to prepare the Dinner tonight. I here want to put this to the notice of the concerned authority at least they should take care of the commitment towards their consumer. My cell no is [protected].

I booked gas on 9 June on Phone gave my consumer number 26823, in the name of Arvinder Singh, B-76, Flat no.5 Ramprastha. Phone attendant assured me to send me gas within four day, till date i am struggling to receive my delivery. I am unable to find out weblink to make online booking. Pls help.

Dear Sir/Madam, i have a gas connectionno: 29460 in the name of my wife.
Delear M/s. Yadu Gas Service Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh.
My problem is that i have sent 3 SMS and yet the Gas Cylinder is not delivered at my place. The current cylinder will most probably last till today.
The executives at the Service centre dont pick up the phones. Further, it has been observed that the delivery person supplies these cylinders at double the price at numerous locations in Vasundhara and Vaishali,
Please take stern action against them.
I am planning to approach the Petroleum Minister for redressal of my grievances next week.
