Its a scam! I recieved an email to the same affect, googled around for a while, found others saying its a scam, then sent a reply that tantamounts to a "sc** you". Ten days later (lo and behold) I've won again. Different corresponing name used but same overall nonsense. They appeal to people's desires then sadly take adantage of them.
