[Resolved]  Yash Matrimony — Cheating

This is to draw your kind attention to the service provided to us from yash matrimony site. After being constantly pursued to be a paid member by Sharda Chauhan, promising us to provide a match alert everyday and to be involved in the first level of discussion. We transferred Rs 3000/- to yash matrimonial SBI account in Raipur in August 2011 and there after received only 3 match alert for 3 consecutive weeks ( 23 Aug, 31Aug, 3 sep). One alert per week was provided to us. Thereafter no one from the office contacted us ever.Which made us to write to customer service on Nov 23,2011. After 3 reminder mails, finally we got a call from Mr Ankit on Dec 1, 2011, justifying that the relationship manager Sharda Chauhan has left they organisation hence the delay, however they will soon create an ID and service us to the best. According to him the company's website was under maintenance they would not be able to upload the profile, but he promised us to send a match alert on regular basis.Unfortunately we did not get a single alert from him.That being the last call from the matrimonial office we again had to write back to they customer service help desk asking a person to contact us. After Which I received call from Mr Ankit who instead of comforting the customer and apologising for such a bad service ,he was rude and used some really bad words.Which made us feel that we are at they disposal and can't do any thing.

After such can incident we wrote on Jan 09, 2012 to Mr Jitendra Kumar Vishawkarma heading the office in Raipur and urged him to return our money as we have no trust left with the organisation, they working and the relationship managers. Unfortunately we didn't receive a reply from him too. We tried contacting him but he was never available on the phone to listen to his customers.

We regret to say that after such a terrible experience, we need your help to get our money back.
