[Resolved]  Yatra, Air Ticket Cancellation — Hidden cancellation charges

Hi,
I have booked a airticket through yatra, from Bangalore to Delhi . Due to some reason, I had to abort my journey, I thought of cancelling the ticket.
So I saw the eticket issued to me by yatra, there it was mentioned that 750/- will be Airline cancellation charges, apart from this Yatra service fee will be 300/- for offline cancellation & 150/- for online cancellation.But I went for online cancellation on their website, it didn't allowed me to cancel the ticket & I was asked to contact Yatra customercare for cancellation, then I was told for the first time that cancellation within 24 hrs of journey is termed as offline cancellation, which was no where mentioned in the "fare-rule departures" guildelines with my eticket.
Second, I was charged 150/- again as yatra booking fee, during cancellation process, saying same was charged at the time of booking, so same will be charged during cancellation.

So the breakup like this
750/- - airline cancellation fee
300/- - Yatra cancellation charges
150/- - Yatra fee

So I end up paying 1200/- during cancellation, it should have been 900/-,
Yatra is charging more money through these unfair means, which is not best of the practice .

Yatra Reference no:ZHR46A

I hope a strict action be taken against them for such unfair practices.
