[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Refund Not Issued After Multiple Follow-Ups

Hi,

My flight IX1200 (PNR CY4ZHK) was cancelled by the airline on Jan 14, 2026, and the refund was processed by the airline on Jan 16, 2026. I initiated the refund on Yatra app but the status showed no progress. I sent an email to yatra support on Jan 25, and I got a response that my refund will be processed in 24 hours and that I will get an email confirmation from yatra but till date I did not receive any confirmation or information from Yatra. I followed up thrice (Jan 27, Jan 29, Jan 30) but no response or even an acknowledgement from Yatra. This is getting so frustrating, following up for something which could have been a smooth automated process.

Could you please look into this?
