Hello, I have booked flight via yatra.com, I got an email regarding booking reference number but I got no PNR no confirmed tickets, PNR is showing 00000. No response from Yatra customer service, call is going unanswered even after 30+mins long wait. Worst service ever. Please issue a refund so I can book from somewhere else, it’s increasing price as we speak. Don’t rob of middle class. Please refund immediately or confirm the tickets. Was this information helpful?
