[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Refund of cancelled ticket not yet received

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings! We had booked two onward and two return tickets from Kolkata to Mumbai and back through Yatra.com and paid for the same through our internet banking of Karnataka Bank on 31-Oct-2008. Subsequently on 11-Nov-2008 we cancelled the return tickets. The following are the details of the cancellation:

Cancellation Ref: 2386380
Date of cancellation: 11 Nov 2008
2 passengers - Ramaswamy Lakshmanan & Harshini Ramaswamy

Till date, we have not received the amount of Rs 7300 in our bank account. Upon enquiry Yatra said that the transaction for refund was processed on 18-Nov-08. We confirmed with our bank i.e. Karnataka Bank, Rash Behari Avenue branch, Kolkata that till date the amount is not credited to our account.

Kindly do the needful to credit the amount back to us.
