[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Refund of Money for ticket cancellation

I have book i airticket using Yatra.com and after someday i ahve cancelled the ticekt. I have contacted them after almost one month about refund money. Please Kindly find details of mail conversation i have did with their representative:

Dar sirmadam,
i have checked with 'citibank'. According to bank , they did not recieve any amount from Yartra .com.
Can you provide me transaction details of refunded money?
Please Providee me following details as soon as possible:

Dear Sir Madam,

I think that this is high time to remind your department to refund the cancellation amount to customer. Your department must recheck your process to return monet to customer. As per my concern , i am going report this issue to next stage becuase from your side i didnt get any timely response about my money.

Just want to inform , as per consumser law i am going to file case against "Yatra.com' about this refunding and cliam process.

i want to log complain about Yatra.com. They are using our money and not providing any kind of better response to make customer satisfy.
