[Resolved] Yatra.com — Fraud : Hotel booking no vouchers | |
Hello, I made an hotel reservation with Yatra.com on 10.12.2009 for "The Grand Palace,Yercuad" and made the payment of Rs 10433.00 too, They gave me an reference # yt3815954. They were supposed to send the actual reservation vouchers within 48 hours. But that never happened. The customer care does not respond. They would put on hold for 20-30 mins or disconnect the phone. When I am lucky to speak to one of them I get hear various cooked-up stories.Sometimes they would say that the reservation is done, while sometimes they say that can't send the confirmation due to some technical issue. I checked with the hotel and no actual reservation is made. This is clearly a fraud where they take the money but don't make any booking and try to goo[censored]p the money. I requested for a refund but they say that can't do it. I want to lodge a complaint against them and get the money back. I am sure friends in the forum have similar experience with this company, So can you please advise what shall be done next? I am prepared to go to any extent to deal with this.
