[Resolved] Yatra.com — BUSY CALL CENTRE | |||
I HAD BOOKED AN AIR TICKET THROUGH YATRA.COM. I WANTED TO CANCEL THE TICKET. MY FLIGHT WAS IN THE MORNING 6.45. THE PREVIOUS EVENING AT 18 I LOGGED ON THE WEBSITE TO CANCEL IT , BUT THE WEBSITE SAID THAT YOU CANNOT CANCEL A TICKET ONLINE WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE AND THAT YOU CAN CANCEL IT ONLY BY CALLING THE CALL CENTER. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND WAS HOLDING THE LINE FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND NOBODY ANSWERED THE CALL. EVERY TIME I GOT A MESSAGE THAT YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US AND SOMEBODY WILL ATTAIN YOUR CALL . BUT NOBODY ANSWERED THE CALL . I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BOOK A TICKET THROUGH YATRA.COM Was this information helpful? | |||
