Sir, we had booked a ticket Booking referene No ZLCA5R Dtd 16.04.2012, Air Canada 7 Lufthansa, Departure 7.05.2012, Bangalore Frankfurt Ottawa Saskatoon and return, FEBRUARY 25 2013, through YATRA ONLINE , 10TH FLOOR TOWER B, UNITECH CYBER PARK, SECTOR 39, GURGAON. The full amount of Rs 82,331 was paid, ticket issued, and I travelled to Saskatoon. As my mother Vimala SDtephen was seriosly ill, Ihad to leave immediately, I Had informed the travel agent YATRA ONLINE , 10TH FLOOR TOWER B, UNITECH CYBER PARK, SECTOR 39, GURGAON, IN NOVEMBER 2012, TO CANCEL THE TICKET iE RETURN SECTOR SASKATOON BANGALORE, AND REFUND THE AMOUNT, TO JENNIFER KAVITHA STEPHEN, EUREKA, APPLEBY ROAD WELLINGTON 643232 NILGIRIS TAMILNADU. Till date no refund has been received and we have several times and it is of no use.
We would kindly request and persuade the YATRA ONLINE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT DUE AT THE EARLIST AS IT OVER 6 MONTHS.
