I booked a honeymoon package to dubai from yatra.com online. I made all payments in advance and at the last minute yatra.com person or agent Mr.Milan Shaah called and told me your visa has been refused .I was at the airport to board, I told him to book for someother place he showedhis inability. So I asked him for refund and after so many reminders I havegot part refund, Sixteen thousand is still pending which he is wants to adjust against cancellation charges , whereas I should demand for theharasssment as I did not cancel it was from their end, that 2 at the last.. moment.My nameis Angad Singh. The package was for 16maydelhi to dubai and back to bangkok .If requiredshall give you the detailsof the package like ticket numbers and all itinery and all the mails and correspondance between us .let me know.Secondly plz tell me the local address of cosumer forum in Lucknow and can I complain take action from Bangkok as i work in Bangkok .My email id [protected]@gmail.com

I have booked 2 ticket throught Yatra.com on 16/01/2009, under the ref no 87PHBA, PX95BA.Payment made by credit card and net banking.But both the guest were no show, i called up for refund but they told me that you will get the refund within 15 days, till date i have not received a single paisa in my account, so who will be pay the credit card interest[protected] i had already send the mail to them but they have only one answer that it is under process, ...what a bad services...

I got a ticket cancelled under the reference no. UOYLPC . the amount to be refunded was 2704/-.
At the time of cancellation i was told that money would be refunded in next 2-3 days.
BUt now its over 10 days.
I spoke to the representative of yatra,he said that on 20th oct my money has been refunded but it does not show in my account.
now they are saying the bank will take another 2-3 days for the refund.
they are confused misguiding customers.
I am in need of my money but these people are harrassing me so much. kindly help

Yatra.com a so called reputed organisation takes 25 days to process the refund of the cancellation of air ticket that to after calling them and checking with them that the money has not come into the card account.

I booked a ticket from yatra.com vide booking reference number 2A295C dated Jan 13, 2010 for the flight on Jan 14, 2010 the tickets got partly cancelled on the date of the travel for which the money should come back within a reasonable number of days but not more than 25 days.

I landed up in being messed up by my credit card company who charged penalty for not settling the dues in time

Now Yatra team members namely Vikram and Mayank are asking me get them the credit card number to process the refund which happened as I called them on Feb 1, 2010 where they cponfirmed of refund within 7 days and mail confirming the amount of refund which has not come so far.

I belive Yatra.com should shut down their business as they do not own any sort of responsibility towards their customer.

Its very exasperating and infuriating that I regret booking my flight through these yatra.com kind of companies

I have to get a refund of Rs.5430/-(ref no:YT[protected].Booking cancelld on[protected]. When I have not given my bank account number how your system will show it has been reunded. I spoke to S/shri/smt/kumari Manjit singh, Dilip, Ria, Arthi chowdhury in this regard. I gave my bank account number to Ria and she promised to get it done within 7 days but till yesterday i have not received the refund.On the suggestion made by Shri Gopal gurung i have checked with ICICI bank where i have remitted cash and the reply was negative.Kindly expedite the matter

It was a bad experience for me with yatra.com regarding delay in refund & no availability of information of my air tickets from delhi-srinagar-delhi (ref no.-[protected]). as i have rescheduled my tickets but they have no info. regarding that and after paying Rs300 for online cancellation it took more than 1 week to get my money back. If i would have booked directly through airlines there would be no cancellation charges with immediate refund.

being a regular costumer of yatra i am dissappointed with their services.

My ticket booking reference number is YT5262750 .A ticket was booked in the name of M/s Sneh Vadhani for Mumbai -London via Jet airways.It was subsequently cancelled on 4th october.As promised on the company website if the refund process is not complete within 72 hrs they provide a discount voucher for Rs250/-. It has been 16 days now and I have been following up with them every day but to no avail.

We at Yatra.com promise our customers of a refund within 3 days. We had received your cancellation request on 19th September and the refund was processed at our end on 21st September. The Bank usually take 3-4 days to process the transaction at their end and to credit the amount into the account. Hence, as mentioned by you the credit was received in your account in a week.

Yatra cancellation — Refund not received after 30 days

Dear Railway,
i have canceled my rail ticket from ahmdabad to mandi dabwali. at 24/12/10 i have booked it throgh my debit card . the amt was 904 rs . after many complaints in yatra or railway dept. its better way to complaint at u . plz resolve this asap. my cancelled pnr num .[protected].
