YOU Telecom India Pvt Ltd — You Telecom not refunding my money back

Hello sir/mam

I am an frustated customer of You telecom. I had taken this company broadband connection 3 years back, but due to very poor service I had terminated the connection on 18 feb 08. and as per the rules of the company i had paid all the outstanding bills including submission of modem and adapter on termination of connection. But company at baroda office are making various excuses for delay of refund. and yesterday i had again went to you telecom baroda office they had told me to again come after 10 days but i am not confident that i will not get any refund
